How to get started

Registration takes about 5 minutes. Here’s exactly what happens:

Create your account

Enter your name, entity type (individual, LLC, etc.), mailing address, phone, and email, and create a password for your portal.

Build your case in the system

You build your case in the system — property registration first, then case details.

Upload your documents

Add your lease and rent ledger only. We’ll ask you to upload other supporting evidence as needed.

Do not upload restricted data or personal identification — no Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, or other sensitive IDs.

We go to work

ETFM starts the demand letter process immediately — calling, texting, and emailing your tenant from day one, and working your case every day after.

Pay as you go

Invoices are created in your portal as the case progresses. Pay by Zelle or PayPal.
