Southern Real Estate Services Group, LLC ("SRES," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed Georgia real estate brokerage, owns and operates Evict Them For Me ("ETFM") and the website located at https://www.evictthemforme.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have regarding your information.

SRES is engaged by property managers and property owners to act as the assistant property manager for tenants who have been referred for eviction. In this role, we manage the eviction process from demand letter through writ execution, including all tenant communications related to the case.
SRES does not collect rent or accept payments from tenants. Tenants are directed to remit payment to their landlord directly per the terms of their lease, or to comply with the terms of any written consent order entered by the court.

SRES, operating under the Evict Them For Me brand, may send SMS text messages to tenants/defendants in eviction cases that we manage as assistant property manager.
How we obtain your phone number. SRES does not solicit phone numbers directly from tenants. Mobile numbers are provided to us by our client (the property manager or property owner) and are typically the number provided by the tenant at lease signing.
What we send. Messages are strictly transactional and case-related. Examples include court hearing date and location, case status updates, court order compliance reminders, dismissal notifications, and set-out scheduling. SRES does not send marketing or promotional content via SMS. SRES does not collect rent or accept payments from tenants via SMS or any other channel; tenants are directed to pay their landlord directly per the terms of their lease, or to comply with the terms of any written consent order entered by the court.
Frequency. Message frequency varies by case activity. Most recipients receive between 1 and 10 messages over the lifecycle of an eviction case.
How to opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will not receive further SMS from SRES related to your case. Court and legal notices may continue to be delivered through mail, hand delivery, or other means as required by law.
How to get help. Reply HELP at any time to receive contact information for SRES staff.
Carrier rates. Message and data rates may apply. SRES is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
Data retention. Phone numbers and SMS communication records are retained as part of the case file in accordance with our records retention policy and applicable law.
We share information only as necessary to provide our services, comply with the law, or as described below. We do not sell your personal information.

SRES uses AI-assisted tools to help draft communications, classify inbound messages, manage case workflows, and respond to common questions on the Site. Automated systems do not make final decisions about case outcomes. All eviction filings, court strategy, and case-disposition decisions are made by SRES staff and our attorney of record. Information you provide through chatbots or automated systems is treated under this Privacy Policy.
We send service-related emails when necessary to manage your account or case. We may also send updates regarding our services. You can opt out of non-essential emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by contacting us at info@evictthemforme.com. Service-related and case-related communications cannot be opted out of while a case is active.
