Home Start your case

Take the next step before your case moves further.

This page is here to help you create a login, respond to the notice you received, and share your situation with our office as early as possible.

Southern Real Estate Services works for the landlord to help manage the eviction process. We cannot promise a specific outcome, but early communication often gives you a better chance to work toward a solution based on the lease and the facts of the case.

If a case has already been filed against you: Creating a login here does not answer your court case. You must follow the instructions on the dispossessory summons/warrant you were served and file your answer with the county Magistrate Court clerk by the deadline stated on it. This page helps you respond to ETFM and explore options — it does not replace answering your case at the court.
