If a case has already been filed against you: Creating a login here does not answer your court case. You must follow the instructions on the dispossessory summons/warrant you were served and file your answer with the county Magistrate Court clerk by the deadline stated on it. This page helps you respond to ETFM and explore options — it does not replace answering your case at the court.
